If you are into buying and selling websites, also known as site flipping or blog flipping, then chances are you know that it’s pretty darn easy to build a blog using the WordPress blogging platform. WordPress blogs tend to sell faster and for more money than any other type of website. This is probably because they are easy to manage, most people are familiar with them, there are lots of themes and plug-ins to choose from, and they are a very popular way to start a website to make money online.
Here are some easy steps you can take to make fast money flipping blogs:
1) Set up five blogs all on different niches and make five unique and high quality posts to each of the blogs. Remember to make sure you do this for all of the blogs. Get a professional looking theme for each blog and upload some useful and popular plug-ins. There are a ton of themes and plug-ins you can get for free to use on WordPress blogs. Just search on Google for them.
2) Add a relevant picture to every blog post that you make on all five blogs. You can get pictures for just about anything from flickr.com but make sure you abide by their terms of use.
3) At the end of every post on the blogs put an affiliate link to a product related to the niche. Clickbank.com is a great place to find products for tons of niches that you can promote as an affiliate for free.
4) Create a page on each blog dedicated to videos. You will want to head over to youtube.com and grab 5-10 videos related to the niche of the blog to embed on this page.
5) Write five more articles for each blog but do not post them on the blog. Instead, you will want to go to ezinearticles.com and submit the articles in the appropriate category. This will help get backlinks and traffic coming to the blogs. You can also learn how to make money online with SEO and apply it to your blogs. Make sure you post all of this in your auction listings to show that you have done some marketing for the blogs already. Doing this will increase the value of the blog in the minds of potential buyers.
Now, once you have done the five steps above, you can flip the blogs. You should be able to get at least $100 for each of the blogs. That comes out to $500 or more for the whole network. The best places to sell the blogs at would be:

After you get some money built up you can start outsourcing some of the work so you can do less work while still making the same amount of money!
